And resale value will drop. Nowaday new flat is ready in 3 years....no longer wait up to 4-5 years.

Early morning after I dropped Mr Tang @ Kovan, I went to my parents' place....having breakfast with them. I liked that feeling.

Mr Tang has gone for a short holiday- Genting, with his colleagues....he is enjoying himself.

But I also not bad. Ber Yi jio us as well as 3 Yi for crab dinner at AMK HK street stall.
